New Year – New Classes
We have some exciting new classes coming up very soon, the new timetable is available at reception soon to be added to the website.
Two of the upcoming classes are cycle fit and a H.I.I.T session – obviously the benefits of cycling are widely known and these classes are great for training inside when the weather is just too rotten to venture out on your road or mountain bike, so come and join us for a great workout indoors.
H.I.I.T is High Intensity Interval Training – if you have not heard of this before and love a good workout then this is definitely for you. Proven to burn more calories in the long run and really targets fat burning without eating away at valuable muscle mass – perfect for toning up and increasing your basal metabolic rate so you carry on burning fat when you are taking it easy!
