Does going to the gym twice a week make a difference?

Having a full and busy life can lead to you cutting back on your workout time, and in turn that can make you wonder just how little you can get away with. Unfortunately this can depend on a few variables.

The duration and intensity of your workout, even twice a week, can mean the difference between excellent fitness and very little change. So the question really is, do you achieve enough exertion in your workouts?

Shorter workouts with a higher level of exertion are more likely to get you the results you require than lengthy manageable exercise sessions. Another positive can be that you’re more likely to  squeeze  in more workouts each week if they are shorter also adding to the likelihood of you reaching your goals quicker.
