BWell Walks – Honest to Goodness Exercise

Bwell walks start back in April, last Sunday of every month, these walks range from 3k-5k they are designed to be gentle at the beginning and slowly building them up whilst changing the routes to give you a taste of some of the greatest walking routes in Norfolk.
Walking is such a great form of exercise – you can put in as much effort as you want and it’s a fantastic way to reconnect with nature. Even though Norfolk has such spectacular beaches and countryside, it is sometimes hard to set aside time for such activities. Guided walks are also a superb way to meet people and enjoy a conversation whilst you get one of the best forms of exercise, gentle yet effective in slow and steady weight loss.
