Welcome to BWell Gym Booking Session – please read through the following guide to getting started.

Our members of staff are available to assist should you need any help.

Create an account. go to the register page, enter your full name, a display name, your email address, select your membership plan or PAYG, enter your membership number if you have it and click on register.


Once registered, you will be able to login.

Enter your email address and password.

Book a workout

When logged in, you will be able to see a green button menu, click on ‘book a slot’ to book your workout.

Click on the day you want to attend, the available time slots will appear, select the time slot and then click on book workout.

The time slot is now added to your basket. Carry on booking more slots (up to 4 a week) then view basket to check, if all are correct then click on book.

If you are a PAYG you will need to pay for your workouts, select method of payment and complete the booking by clicking on ‘book’.

You should receive an email confirming your booking.


1. How do I create an account?

You must register first, please go to the registration page and complete the required fields. You will need an email address, your full name and to create a username.

2. How do I book a sesssion?

Register, login then use the green navigation menu to book slots and view your account.

3. How do I book a session for myself and a friend?

We are currently only allowing 1 person per booking, this is so we can ensure that all bookings are for genuine members.

4. How many sessions can I book?

You can book 4 workouts per week. With a maximum of 8 slots in two weeks.

5. How long are the sessions?

The sessions are 70 minutes, with a 10 break between slots this allows time for staff to clean the equipment, and for you to get to the equipment and start your workout for a 70 minute workout.

6. Do I have to pay for the session?

If you are PAYG, yes the cost is £5 per slot. Members who pay monthly can book the sessions as part of their membership.

7. What happens if I am late?

You will only get a reduced workout slot. If there are spaces in the next time slot then you will be welcome to stay, but you will have to leave the building for the 10 minute window.

8. Can I cancel my booking and reschedule?

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance. You can then re-book your slot.

You will find a link to your bookings in the green button menu, you will see your bookings and a cancel button. Click on it.

9. What happens if I forget my password?

On the register and login pages, there is a lost password link. Click on that, enter the email address you registered with. When you receive the email, click on the link to reset your password.

10. Not receiving the password reset emails

Please check your junk/spam/trash folders and do a search in your emails for, this is particularly relevent for GMail accounts as GMail can hide messages in folders and conversations.

11. I can’t find my membership number?

It is not essential, we use it to confirm memberships but we can do that with your full name. You can find it on your swipe card – can’t find your swipe card? Pick it up on your next visit, we’re in the building from Monday the 20th July so you can let us know you need a new one by emailing us on .

12. Are the toilets and changing rooms open?

Yes the toilets are open, a request from the the government is that we ask that gym users arrive and leave in their workout gear, it also allows you to get the maximum use of your slot. Showers are available in certain circumstances but it would be included as part of your workout slot.

13. What if I want to workout more than 4 times a week?

Please speak to staff and we will try to accommodate if there are available slots.

14. What if I don’t have a Paypal account?

You do not need a Paypal account to use it as a payment gateway. You can enter your card details in the same way that you would use SagePay, Stripe, or WorldPay.

15. What if I want to book more than 2 weeks in advance?

We are currently only allowing bookings a fortnight in advance, this may well change as we progress.

16. What if I want to book more than a 70 minute slot?

At this moment we have little idea of how busy we are going to get. If there are spare slots you will of course be welcome to stay longer but it is going to be fairer for everyone at first to be restricted to one slot per day.
