You can spread the sessions over as many weeks as you like, and I will advise what I feel is appropriate for you..

Commit to 3 months in advance, I will even give you a basic home gym package. This will help you do exercises at home, or on the move if you have little time to get to the gym more regularly. The exercise pack will be to the value of £50 and will be a personalised selection of equipment that Paul feels will help you best.

I have Idiopathic Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and a Patent Foramen Ovale and as a result of that I have to take oxygen 24/7. Paul has taught me breathing techniques that can control the stress/anxiety about breathing that comes with having a lung condition, and how to apply these techniques to exercise and other every day activities. I feel better equipped to deal with my condition.
