I generally work in block bookings of 5 sessions at a time. This is because my methods generally require you to commit to take on some homework exercises or gym focused activity to learn new movement patterns. You can spread the sessions over as many weeks as you like, and I will advise what I feel is appropriate for you..

I offer individual rehabilitation or personal training sessions which last approximately 55 minutes.

Commit to 3 months in advance, I will even give you a basic home gym package. This will help you do exercises at home, or on the move if you have little time to get to the gym more regularly. The exercise pack will be to the value of £50 and will be a personalised selection of equipment that Paul feels will help you best.

Paul has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Following a severe bout of sciatica, and subsequent MRI scan, Paul put together a series of special exercises to suit the conditions shown by the scan. These have proved to be of great assistance in keeping me almost pain free and moving. I have been able to almost cut out all pain relief medication, only taking this when things get extreme. In between, when I am in obvious difficulty Paul will always find a way to assist. My condition cannot be cured, but the help I receive from Paul is reassuring.
