Joining a gym can be daunting. We will help and hold your hand.

A large number of our members never dreamed that they would ever walk into a health club let alone join one. This is probably because the BWell team take great pride in being able to welcome the uninitiated into the world of health and fitness.

Firstly we find out your goals and objectives, as well as your exercise history and any medical problems you might have. We then help you set realistic and manageable goals and ensure you start off gently. Whilst everybody starting out wants quick results, our instructors know that if you start off gently you are less likely to pull something, and are less likely to feel like you have been run over by a bus the next morning.

At BWell we have over a hundred fitness stations with literally thousands of exercise options, so it is important that you do the exercises that are best for your body and your level of fitness. We will show you what to do.

After coming down a couple of times and realising that the staff and the other members are all friendly, you should be much less Gymtimidated than you thought you would.

Even if you have quite severe medical issues, we will have staff who can help you take your first steps to fitness.  Don’t take our word for it. Come down and see us.
